Do not be obsessed with results.
Start by going through the whole paper answering only the questions you feel confident you can answer.
Then go through the paper again attempting whole questions or partial questions you have some idea about.
Carry on going through the paper attempting whole questions or partial questions you have less idea about..
If you can, write down your thoughts and working out in the relavant areas of the exam paper. As at 2025 UK still illegally penalises brilliant minds that get can get maths correct but cannot show any working out like my son Tom (diagnosed at the Maudsley hospital following observations over several months to be autistic with severe learning difficulties requiring lifelong support)
Get familiar with your calculator and use it as often as you can.
If you a struggling with a question for more than 5 minutes move on to a different question.
Most maths certifications the UK educational system are memory tests, they DO NOT demonstarte how good you can be at maths.
